The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic 1:1 ADHD Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a specific student with ADHD, supporting them to overcome learning challenges, fostering engagement, and encouraging positive behaviours in the classroom. Your support will be integral to the child’s progress and well-being within the school environment.

Requirements:
* Prior experience working with children with ADHD or similar behavioural needs is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of ADHD and its effects on learning and development.
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* A positive, nurturing approach to supporting students with special educational needs.
