You will also play a key role in developing construction and logistics strategies for capital projects, and in devising project delivery strategies that meet the needs of stakeholders and customers, while minimising operational and commercial disruptions. Working closely with the Capital Delivery team, you will be expected to provide support in selecting delivery partners, compiling MAG Pre-Construction Information, and identifying permits. In addition, you will represent MAG at Site Progress meetings, ensuring that high health and safety standards, quality, and overall performance are maintained. What will make you successful in the role? As a MAG Construction Manager, you will have previous experience in a supervisory role on a construction site and project delivery experience from concept to completion. You will also have experience as a construction manager working within a live operation, with strict policies and procedures. It is also necessary to currently hold or have held a CSCS black card and have an NVQ level qualification in construction management or an equivalent qualification. Ideal qualifications include experience in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, or Fitout projects, as well as NEC supervisor role/Clerk of Works experience. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project.
