Were looking for an organized and proactive team player to help drive our Diversity & Inclusion goals forward This is a collaborative role in which you will support in the delivery of the Diversity & Inclusion objectives and ambitions, through administration, event co-ordination, stakeholder management, data analysis and industry research. You will distil and analyse ED&I data, creating reports and presentations in a way that is accessible for all audiences, represent MAG at relevant industry events and work with the internal communications team and Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to create high quality and impactful communications for our intranet including blog posts, articles, education pieces, and newsletters on ED&I news. What will make you successful in the role? To be successful in the role, you will need to be a brilliant administrator with great organisational skills, with experience in planning and running events, analysing and presenting data and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders across a range of projects and events. We want someone who can think ahead, can take the lead on projects and makes recommendations for innovation and change.Some travel to our other airport locations and external events will be required for this role.
