Operations Manager – Policy, Process and Projects We have a permanent position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £52,122 pro rata per year, rising to £54,580 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met. The role of Operations Manager- Policy, Process and Projects is to be the technical specialist manager who leads on legislative change, policy, research and projects for the Operations Directorate to enable the Directorate to be at the forefront of service development and delivery, best practice and legislative compliance. The Operations Manager – Policy, Process and Projects is responsible for leading a team of technical experts on the creation, development and implementation of process and policy improvement. A credible and trusted professional that can build close personal relationships to influence teams and managers at all levels. To be successful in the role of Operations Manager- Policy, Process and Projects you will have 3 years previous experience of leading in a team and be educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience in a related subject as well as having skills below: Ability to build meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Ability to influence employees at all levels to drive and implement change. Good analytical skills that can be used to identify trends, trial solutions and measure their effectiveness. Good judgment, using knowledge and experience to make the right decisions. Highly competent problem solver that can provide solutions for complex issues. Inspire, motivate and be a lead person who always strives for excellence and continuous improvement. Resilience when dealing with conflicting demands, knowing when and how to compromise.
