Role Responsibilities
* Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion (approx. 70% of role)
* Preparing accounts and drafting corporate tax computations ( approx. 30%)
* Reviewing work prepared by team members and providing clear feedback
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries confidently and professionally
* Supporting, coaching, and developing more junior members of the team
* Managing assignments within set budgets and timelines
* Contributing to the firm’s commitment to high standards and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified with relevant experience)
* Demonstrable experience conducting statutory audits within a practice environment
* Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
* Confident communicator with previous client-facing experience
* Competency with audit software (e.g. Caseware) and Microsoft Office tools
* Passion for mentoring and developing team members
* A proactive and organised approach to workload management
