We are currently looking for a sales consultant to join our fast-paced and ever-evolving business in our Redcar store.
Matheson Communications Limited is a telecommunications franchise and holds five Vodafone stores in York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Middlesbrough, and Redcar.

Responsibilities
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Making and increasing sales and ensuring efficiency
* Following the sales process end to end to ensure consistency and compliance
* Delivering world-class customer service
* Meeting your sales targets and KPIs each month
* Independent learning
* Analyzing your own sales figures
* Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring competitors.
Experience
* Experience in sales is preferred but not required
* Retail experience is not necessary as we follow a structured sales process
* Experience in a regulated sales environment is preferred but not essential
Working Hours
* Our opening hours are Mon-Sat 9 am - 5:30 pm and Sundays 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
* Your shift patterns will be across 5 days per week, working the store opening times to fulfill your 30-hour contract
* Weekend working is crucial due to our location on the high street
* We are open on all bank holidays apart from Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, and New Year's Day
* Flexibility is required for overtime and covering illness
Salary and Benefits
* The pro-rata salary for this role is £18,720 based on a 30-hour contract (£12 per hour, £17.56 OTE) per year, with expected earnings between £18,720 - £28,720
* Uncapped commission is a significant part of the package, allowing for potential earnings
