Supply Chain Administrator (033jc) - Twyford, Berkshire – up to £28k + Benefits
My client is an innovative IT services organisation, which is 100% dedicated to Networking, Server, storage and Workplace Technologies are now seeking to recruit a Supply Chair Administrator to join their team in their HQ
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
You will be reporting to the Supply Chair Manager, and your role will be to assist the business achieve core objectives in the following areas: Procurement, Stock Planning, stock replenishment of forward stock locations, Warranty Administration & Asset Collections.
Therefore, your main responsibilities:
• Engage with EU & UK Suppliers for pricing quotations, both planned and ad hoc.
• Deliver a weekly report using ServiceNow highlighting areas stock of exposure to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Deliver a weekly report on “high priority customers” highlighting areas stock of exposure. High priority customers to be defined by Director of Operations.
• Liaise with Suppliers in the UK and EU regarding stock availability, lead times and resolve any delivery issues
• Transfer stock between storage locations under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager
• Assist with remote Stock Audits of Forward Stocking Locations (FSL’s)
• Report on stock levels using ServiceNow
• Track stock transfers to ensure delivery to the nominated FSL within the agreed time frame
• Report on the status and ageing of returned devices using ServiceNow and highlight any risks which could result in non-processed devices which fall past warrantee due date.
• The role will be expected to support activities associated with procurement, stock planning, stock purchasing, replenishment, and warranties.
To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
• MS Excel experience using basic formulas
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate would be someone who understands procurement or who is looking for their first start in this sector because they can foresee this role growing into a team leader post in the future as they are rapidly expanding into Europe and will need to have extra resource in this team going forwards.
