NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CYBER SECURITY - UNITED KINGDOM
Performanta is a Multinational Managed Security Service Provider within the Cyber Security Industry sector.
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Business Development Manager role’s main purpose is to bring new clients to the business. To create a systematic, sustainable client acquisition strategy that can evolve with new trends and changes, delivering sales performance and growth to Performanta aligned to strategic objectives and ambition.
Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) – ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards within Performanta.
Required Minimum Education and Work Experience:
* 4+ Years of sales and business development experience within the Cyber Security Industry
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Must have worked with Microsoft as a Partner in the Sales Ecosystem
* Must have experience working for an MSSP
Key Performance Areas:
1. Identify new logo business opportunity
2. Acquire new clients
3. Post-acquisition management
4. External relationship building and maintenance
5. Self-Management and building the organization
Technical Knowledge / Competencies:
* Must have strong sales and technical know-how in Cyber Security on Microsoft sales ecosystem.
* Knowledge of Sales processes
* Report writing
* Knowledge of industry and market – Cyber Security on Microsoft sales ecosystem.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £65,000.00 per year
