Due to a ramp up in work, my Aerospace client based in Titchfield is seeking a number of CNC Machinists to join them on a long-term contract basis.

Offering a PAYE contract initially until December 2025 with further extensions likely.
Hours:
7:30 am to 4:15 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 am to 11:30 am (Fridays)
PAYE Pay:
Ranging from £16.84-£17.92p/h depending on experience and up to 33 days paid annual leave.
Overtime is paid at x1.5, with Sundays offering double time.
Option to advance holiday pay £19.29-£20.53
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Training or Experience: Apprenticeship or equivalent training is ideal, but we'll consider hands-on experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
* CNC Expertise: Proven ability in CNC operations, with preference given to CNC Turners.
* Sector Experience: Aerospace or other regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and recording results using SPC data collection.
* Measurement Tools Knowledge: Experience with Vernier calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, and screw plug gauges.
We operate a wide variety of equipment, including Mori Seiki, Fanuc Robodrill, Matsuura, CNC Lathes, Mill Turns, Conquest HT42, and Alpha machinery.
