As we embed our new strategy internally, the central Planning and Internal Communications team is looking to recruit someone to support in the development and implementation of planning and reporting tools, change projects, and staff engagement and communication initiatives and programmes.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning, you are an organised yet flexible individual who is comfortable working as part of a deadline-driven team, and within evolving work environments. You will have the ability to build relationships with individuals quickly, work confidently within cross-disciplinary teams and deliver a variety of different areas of work simultaneously. You are a creative problem solver and confident communicator who has a passion for Historic Royal Palaces and a commitment to our new strategy and ambition.
This Role Will
* Provide the central Planning and Internal Communications team with administrative and general support assistance.
* Support a wide variety of staff engagement initiatives - from the planning and scheduling of tasks to the coordination of event logistics and preparation of materials.
* Undertake project and programme management coordination activities under the direction of the Head of Corporate Planning.
* Support in the development of planning and reporting tools and resources.
