Position Summary
The colleague will be responsible for the processing and handling of inbound as well as outbound materials for Lincoln Operations including receiving, shipping, material movements, sampling, and documentation. The colleague must be team orientated and able to work under limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
Hours: 1st shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm. Overtime, weekend, and holidays may be required.
Position Responsibilities
1. Receive inbound shipments
2. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply manufacturing with raw materials and packaging components.
3. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply distribution with finished goods.
4. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply internation customers.
5. Receive and put away finished goods from Building 1.
6. Sampling raw materials for Quality testing.
7. Work with outside vendors including but not limited to LTL truckers, full truck load carriers, and supply vendors.
8. Order supplies using the Ariba system.
9. Use SAP to complete all required transactions.
10. Help write and update SOPs and assist with updates to the Zoetis Quality Standards.
11. Perform other warehousing duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
12. High school degree or equivalent is required.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
13. MHE experience preferred includes operation of sit-down lifts, pallet jacks, power jacks, stand up lifts, Turret truck, and 28’ straight trucks.
14. Familiar with the use of email.
15. Truck driving experience.
16. Knowledge of APO in SAP.
17. SAP experience that includes but is not limited to: MB1B, MB1A, VL31N, VL32N, MIGO, VL06I, and VL06O
18. Microsoft office experience
Physical Position Requirements
19. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
20. Position requires extended periods of standing and repetitive lifting.
21. Position does require overtime and weekend work.
22. May be asked to drive and automatic transmission 28-foot straight truck.
