What You ll Do:
* Maintain and service injection mould tools to strict TPM schedules.
* Troubleshoot and repair injection mould tools following breakdowns.
* Support production teams with tool repairs and maintenance as required.
* Make improvements and carry out minor modifications to injection mould tools.
* Stay on top of health and safety regulations to ensure tasks are completed safely.
* Stay organised, keeping track of records and time management.
What You ll Bring:
* Time-served apprenticeship in toolmaking with an ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with plastic injection mould tooling, ideally in the automotive industry.
* Expert-level skills in milling, turning, and grinding machinery.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
* A proactive, self-sufficient mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
