My client a family feel Law Firm are looking to recruit a Legal PA to join their team. You will oversee administration / secretarial resources within the company.
Main Duties;
- Document management and preparation - audio and copy typing, amending and formatting documents, creating templates
- Opening and closing client files - ensuring records are up to date, ensuring compliance with money laundering requirements, and preparing client invoices in conjunction with Legal Cashiers and fee earners
- Diary management - arranging travel and accommodation, booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, setting up equipment
- Dealing with routine queries, IT issues, emails, post and administration - copying, scanning, filing, archiving
Skills Required:
- Previous experience working in a Law Firm
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner and a high standard of written English.
- Ability to organise, plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
