Field Service Engineer - London/South
Carbon60 are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join one of our clients in the south of England who are a reputable, UK-based Pump Manufacturer who are recognised internationally for providing high-quality products and services.
Our client's equipment can be found in industries such as Oil & Gas, Water, construction, mining and other large industrial plants.
The purpose of this role will be to install, repair, commission, fault-finding activities upon a range of pump systems alongside preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
Once trained, there is opportunity to travel overseas and work on this client's equipment internationally.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 39 hours with generous overtime opportunities and eventually offshore/overseas.

Key responsibilities:
* Service/Install/Commission Pumps and other rotating industrial equipment
* Carry out fault-finding activities on electrical control panels
* Maintain relationships with customers and sub-contractors on-site
* Perform equipment demonstrations when required and provide training to customers/other engineers
* Consult with senior personnel when an abnormal fault occurs to form a resolution.
* Ensure a safe and clean work environment is maintained including company vehicle.
Required Experience/Skills:
* Able to read drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and interpret maintenance manuals
* A background in repairing industrial equipment including pumps, with ability to use standard tools and test instruments
* Previous Field Service experience would be advantageous
