We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data across all industries. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Data entry / handling legal documents
Organize and Keep track of files across the dept.
Photocopy / scan documents
Receive and place telephone calls
Assist the dept. manager with other tasks as required.
Requirements:
Strong data entry skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Organized and reliable.
