We’re looking for a confident, proactive Property Manager to join a growing property company (NOT estate / lettings agents). You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and sites in a fast-paced, supportive environment where strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills are the key to your success.
Previous property experience is a bonus – but not essential. If you're organised, people-focused and enjoy projects and problem solving, you'll love this job!
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio
* Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance works
* Prepare service charge budgets and approve invoices
* Arrange resident meetings, including agendas and minutes
* Manage insurance policies and claims
* Ensure lease terms are adhered to and handle any breaches
* Communicate effectively with residents, developers, and RMCs
* Resolve conflicts and support a smooth-running environment
* Monitor compliance and address necessary actions promptly
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
* Confident, decisive, and proactive approach to work
* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Experience managing residential blocks or RMCs
* IRPM qualification or currently studying
* Knowledge of leasehold legislation and compliance
