Quality Manager
Location: London, Battersea

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Technical Design Group (TDG). The TDG aims to work closely with all project teams at all stages supporting the development of high-quality technical designs in line with project aspirations and Foster + Partners' standards and policies.
Your duties will include:
1. Development, management, and delivery of the office quality management system.
2. Monitoring performance and driving improvements.
3. Creating compliance reports.
4. Collecting feedback from employees and clients in support of the company mission and quality objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previously held the same position, ideally within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
2. Degree educated in a relevant subject.
3. Experience/knowledge in ISO 9001.
4. Experience in design, implementation & management of integrated management systems.
5. Experience in an engineering/construction environment.
6. Experience in auditing, non-conformity, and corrective action management.
7. Experience of technical authoring, with excellent written communication skills.
8. Experience of project managing business improvement programmes.
9. Strong organisational skills, ability to track multiple audit actions and objectives and synthesize the results.
10. Strong understanding of QA concepts and methodology.
11. In-depth knowledge of national and international industry regulations.
12. Understanding of business management principles.
13. Working knowledge of relevant software tools and computer literacy.
14. A member of a recognised national quality-focused organisation.
15. Certified ISO 9001 Auditor - highly desirable.
