Responsibilities
:
1. Accurately calculate, construct, and issue service charges, ensuring legal and policypliance.
2. Deliver a customer-centric service, resolvingplex queries andplaints.
3. Support system and process transformation for service charge delivery.
4. Assist in integrating and managing legacy systems and stock.
5. Maintain procedures for full recovery of service chargeable expenditure.
6. Build strong business partnerships to develop scheme knowledge and ensure accurate service charge allocation.
Essential Skills:
7. Proven experience in service charge analysis with knowledge of residential andmercial service charge management.
8. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
9. Excellentmunication skills, both written and oral.
10. Strong financial and numerical skills.
Desired Skills:
11. Experience working with councillors, the widermunity, and external partners.
12. Familiarity with current legislative requirements and sector best practices.
13. Experience in Orchard System.
