As a Commis Chef, we have a great opportunity to work in a team providing the highest quality of food for patients and staff. In this role you will be able to learn and develop your skills whilst maintaining a work life balance.
This is a full-time position, working hours per week with shifts between the hours of 07:30 and 20:30 with some weekend working involved.
Main duties of the job
1. To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous Chef / Head Chef.
2. To assist with stock taking when required.
3. To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
4. To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
5. To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.

29. Keen to continue self-development within current role and ambition for further promotion or growth
