Reports to the Manager, Banking Operations The purpose of this position is to carry out day-to-day processes that support the maintenance and control of Authorised Signatory Lists, under the direction of the Banking Operations Manager. What you'll be doing Administration activities around the main Aztec jurisdictional Authorised Signatory Lists, both standard and non-standard lists. Updating of the Authorised Signatory List register (Cygnetise). Maintaining records of bank contact information and contact protocols Monitor the receipt of daily request for ASL changes Support Client Facing Teams/Co-Secs with any requests, queries or issues. Provide reports on performance to Senior Management. Be a point of contact for external platform provider and banks as required Carry out other tasks that may be required as part of the wider Banking Team. What we're looking for Banking and Authorised Signatory List experience preferred. Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy). Computer literacy skills and interpersonal skills are essential. Good attention to detail. Positive and proactive approach. Some travel may be required. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and be great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
