* Support the integration of Revit with associated tools, including visualisation, computational design, reality capture, and construction technology platforms
* Contribute to R&D within practice technology – identifying, testing, and implementing innovative workflows
* Support sustainable design initiatives through energy modelling or computational design processes, where applicable
* Document and share best practices across projects and teams to support continuous improvement in BIM delivery

* Strong communication skills – able to explain complex digital processes clearly and confidently
* Must have extensive experience using Autodesk Revit and related Autodesk tools on large, technically complex projects (essential)
* Familiarity with BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)
* Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards (desirable)
* Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is an advantage
* Exposure to tools such as Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, Enscape, Twinmotion, and other visualisation or computational tools is a plus
* Prior experience delivering projects in either the Data Centre or Aviation sector is highly desirable
* A self-starter with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
