You will develop your existing professional, technical and clinical skills through your own continuing professional development to provide and service of excellence to both patients and staff alike. This role includes dispensing and checking of medicines within the dispensary and completion of medicines reconciliation. Dispensing of medicines and preparation of pharmaceutical products, helping to meet discharge times & taking queries from ward staff. Providing pharmaceutical support to the dispensary and the wards within the trust Be involved in the running and organization of the workflow and participate in the training/mentorship of new staff and help to embrace change within the department.
