Your opportunity The Beacon School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to oversee the strategic management of school data and reporting systems. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the accurate curation, storage, and analysis of data within the school's MIS (Bromcom), playing a key part in supporting informed decision-making across the school. What we are looking for: A proven track record in managing data information systems Strong understanding of data management best practices, including GDPR compliance Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders Experience of school based management information systems is desirable Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students A proactive and organised individual with good problem-solving skills Willingness to develop new skills and adapt to new technologies You should be a flexible team player with an interest in developing further professionally About The Beacon School The Beacon School is part of the thriving GLF Schools Multi-Academy Trust.
