Linsco are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to work join an existing site team on a project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high level construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.\nManage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.\nEnsure health & safety compliance at all times.\nMonitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.\nConduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders.\nProblem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.\nLiase with the client on all aspects of the project\nExcellent communication skills\n\nRequirements:\n\n✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.\n✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n✅ Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nIf you have the required experience and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now.\n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
