Job Title: Sales Surveyor Area of expertise: Roof Windows & Loft Solutions Location : Hybrid Remote – Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per year Commission & Bonuses Our client An award-winning, family-run business specialising in roof window and loft solutions. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, they are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with sales and surveying experience to join their growing team. As a Sales Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting surveys, and providing expert advice on roof windows and loft solutions. You will visit customers in their homes, manage your own diary, and work to maximise profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities include: Sales & Business Development Identify and implement new sales opportunities across NI and ROI. Conduct in-person and telephone sales with domestic customers and business partners. Price jobs competitively in line with company guidelines. Prepare and present proposals using the company's CRM system. Follow up with clients to secure sales and grow key partnerships. Attend trade shows and events. Achieve sales targets and KPIs while continuously seeking growth opportunities. Stay up to date with the latest products and building regulations. Work closely with the internal team to support sales and project planning. Surveying & Technical Assessment: Conduct site surveys in person and virtually. Gather key information, including photos and videos, to ensure job accuracy. Provide clear and accurate measurements while adhering to building regulations. Confidently access and measure tight spaces such as attics. Record Keeping & Reporting: Proactively manage your own diary with sales and survey appointments. Maintain detailed records using CRM and reporting tools. Attend sales meetings and report on KPIs and performance. Experience required: Proven field sales experience, ideally within the construction industry. Strong background in construction surveying, particularly in roof construction. Experience in telephone-led sales and lead generation. Ability to work to targets and KPIs. High level of IT literacy and CRM system experience (preferred). Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. A proactive and professional approach with attention to detail. A full UK or ROI driving license Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (75% travel required). What We Offer: Competitive salary with commission and annual bonus.
