We are looking for a sales developer to join our growing team to help discover new business opportunities for our clients through outbound calling.

Outshine is a B2B sales agency that connects its clients to their buyers, across a range of various industries including environmental, tech, education, manufacturing and more. Our team utilises modern and effective sales strategies to deliver leads and appointments for our clients.
Your Role
As a sales developer, you will be part of an experienced team of sales developers, who undertake discovery calls with various levels of decision makers to uncover new business opportunities and ultimately create qualified meetings, demos or leads for our clients. The role is heavily focused on outbound calling but also includes management of email, calendars, client meetings and nurturing a sales pipeline. Day to day duties will include:
* Talking to decision makers of all levels from mid to executive level over the phone
* Building and managing a pipeline of warm leads and future opportunities
* Use of effective, open questions to uncover pain points and identify new opportunities
* Arranging qualified meetings and generating leads
* Managing email and diaries
* Participating in client meetings
