We are excited to recruit a Band 3 Administrator to support our CAMHS in GP Primary Care Service and the Getting Help Team East Berkshire. The role is full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, on an 18-month fixed term contact (FTC).

Key Responsibilities
* You will support the effective operation of the CAMHS in GP Service (ARRS). Providing the required administrative support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service.
* Working as part of the administrative team to ensure the referrals process is carried out in an accurate and timely manner. You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
* You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
* You will need to be experienced in taking minutes at meetings, diary management and confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
* The ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential.
