The Royal Garden Hotel has an exciting opportunity for aCanteen Sous Chefto join our team.
As aSous Chefin our Team Member Restaurant (Staff Canteen) you will assist in the preparation and cover of lunch and dinner services. Our Canteen operates between 8am and 6.30pm, and you will be required to work 2 weekends per month.

Key Responsibilities of the Canteen Sous Chef:
* To ensure high levels of food preparation and deliver an excellent experience to our team members;
* To supervise the Canteen Assistants and the service in the absence of the Canteen Head Chef;
* To help maintain the cleanliness of the Canteen;
* To do Mise en place for the next day when requested.
* Prepares all food within the Staff Restaurant and supervise all staff.
* Trains all staff within the Staff Restaurant.
