Job Role: Operations Assistant
Location: Leicestershire
Shift: Monday - Friday 08:15 - 16:30
Salary: Negotiable

Job Role Responsibilities:
1. Support the operations of the business including the writing and administration of our Integrated Management System (IMS).
2. Coordinate the internal and external audit of our IMS.
3. Ensure the smooth running of the facilities and equipment with quality and value for money in mind.
4. Ensure the highest level of customer service through the administration of our customer and internal feedback systems.
5. Assist in the constant reviewing and maintenance of our Health and Safety Management System.
6. Administer our supplier review process.
7. Provide monthly and weekly reports to the Management Team.
8. Assist in the maintenance of our Investors in People status.
9. Administer any other industry-specific accreditations including Construction Lines.
The Candidate:
1. 2 years' experience in a similar/relevant role.
2. A sound understanding of ISO:9001 and ISO:14001.
3. Experience of writing and using procedures.
4. Basic understanding of Health and Safety.
