Summary: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Offshore Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning of offshore substations, oil & gas facilities, or high-voltage power systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the commissioning plan, schedule, and execution strategy, covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, and handover.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead the commissioning team, liaise with project functions, vendors, and clients.
Execution & Troubleshooting: Oversee functional testing of HVAC transformers, GIS, SCADA, and grid interface systems, resolving technical issues as needed.
HSE & Quality Compliance: Ensure commissioning activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Maintain effective communication with clients and system operators, ensuring a smooth project handover.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Electrical, Energy, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: Proven track record in offshore commissioning for substations, oil & gas, or power systems.
Technical Knowledge: High-voltage AC systems, SCADA, protection systems, IEC/DNV/Grid Code standards.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications preferred.
