Job Title Key Account Manager Professional Trade London Area Job Description In Signify UK&I we’re looking for a self-motivated and customer-facing Key Account Manager to cover the London Area who will be part of a passionate and driven sales team in Wholesale and Trade, with a direct report to the Sales Manager South. In this role as KAM, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with named accounts such as wholesalers, contractors and installers to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts within the local territory. Besides, you will understand the next-generation users’ wishes and translate them into impactful solutions that keep us ahead of the market. If you match this description, get in touch What you’ll do Be an innovator Promoting leading-edge technology to installers, specifiers and wholesalers. 3D Printed Fittings, UV-C, Connected Lighting, just some of the innovations to build compelling outcomes. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key large accounts for Signify and maximize sales opportunities in complex environments. Create action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales process. Drive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction by understanding challenges that are critical to customers and taking a solution-based approach. Be able to demonstrate the financial outcomes for the investing party. Identify/create new commercial opportunities leveraging a deep understanding of the market key players. Your qualifications 5 years of sales experience in a fast-developing, technical B2B industry, preferably (but not essentially) in the lighting sector. Good understanding of the wholesale local market. Experience in working with and converting sales with Electrical Contractors. Developed and executed projects with Electrical Consultants and End Users. Result-driven, financial acumen and the ability to seamlessly connect and influence customers’ decision-making are attributes that define yourself.
