Would you like to work within a supportive team and have a positive impact on the young people we support?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Ratby Primary School as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 25th August 2025. The successful candidate will be required to work as a 1:1 learning support assistant within KS2 which involves supporting a child with challenging behavior in the classroom and at lunch time. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm. We are looking to appoint an individual with a passion and commitment to supporting children’s needs, excellent communication skills to liaise with parents and other educational professionals, and the ability to contribute to our established KS2 team.

• Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning
• Have experience working in a classroom environment
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
