The postholder will exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality customer service and adhere to all company and online policies and procedures. Manage a team that will complete the listing of new & donated items online for sale across multiple marketplaces. Exceed target listings KPI’s, productivity rates and sales. Support shop managers in finding appropriate stock for listing online and manage listing items on the best performing sites.
