As our team expands, we are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for IT to join us as a Service Desk Technician. In this role, you'll be the initial point of contact for our clients, providing them with professional and reliable technical support through our Tier 1 Service Desk. What will you do? Deliver efficient and effective customer service to end-users and stakeholders. Handle incoming issues through our ITSM software, ensuring timely resolution. Provide first-line diagnosis and resolution, aiming for high first-time fixes. Escalate complex problems to Tier 2 Service Desk Technicians when necessary. Prioritise and manage your workload to meet client SLAs. Coordinate with third parties for software installation, configuration, and rollout. Assist in setting up and deploying new users, hardware, and software. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of supported networks and devices. To excel in this role, you'll need strong customer service skills, organization, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. While prior experience in a Managed Service provider environment would be advantageous, it's not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
