Our client is a large, established business undergoing a period of finance transformation. As part of this, they are moving away from manual processes and implementing a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of the implementation and lead the end-to-end process, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure outstanding delivery throughout every phase of project completion.
* Work closely with external partners ensuring timely delivery of the project.
* Create and maintain essential project documentation and plans.
* Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
* Report progress on budget, scope, resources, and timeline to stakeholders.
* Identify dependencies and risks early to prevent impacts on cost, time, and quality.
You will be an experienced Project/Programme Manager who has experience of leading and delivering a P2P implementation.
