Key Responsibilities Develop, approve, and implement strategic category strategies across all areas and markets. Lead Business Partnering across all markets to ensure right relationships are in place. Evolve category strategies for business contribution and innovation. Lead expertise and excellence in IT & Telecom category management. Ensure adoption of Category Management TwO ways of working. Identify and implement Guided Buying Channels aligned with strategy. Conduct top-tier sourcing and negotiation for optimal value and cost savings. Manage IT & Telecom categories, conduct tenders, and monitor contracts. Deploy best-in-class tools and processes like e-sourcing for efficiency. Track and communicate business benefits from category strategies/projects. Maintain appropriate collaboration with ABF Procurement Group and leverage ABF bundling opportunities. Drive innovation, supplier collaboration and continuously build and refresh business knowledge and new technologies/trends. Manage contractual coverage, risk assessment, and business continuity plans. Maintain ethical sourcing standards and compliance with company policies. Lead strategic supplier management, performance assessment, and relationships.
