Role overview As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage every aspect of the recruitment cycle. From sourcing and engaging candidates to developing strong client relationships, you will act as a pivotal point of contact for all recruitment needs. Key responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research. Client Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing recruitment solutions tailored to their needs. Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best matches for client requirements. Recruitment Delivery: Manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, handling feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide value-added insights to clients and candidates. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and team performance targets, contributing to the company’s overall success. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the company’s CRM system. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role or similar. Strong track record in business development and achieving recruitment targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM systems. A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
