About the Role
:
In your role as an administrator, you will ensure the accurate and timely recording and response to all client, service user, and company communications, adhering to standard policies and procedures. You'll work directly with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office to collect data for the branch, clients, and subcontractors, and communicate effectively with all parties involved. Your responsibilities include providing administrative support to various functions within the team, managing materials requisitions, purchase and works orders, invoicing, and completing and checking timesheet reports, maintain branch stock levels to service our branch. Maintaining a professional manner in all interactions, adhering to Health & Safety requirements, and ensuring the customer experience is central to all activities are crucial. Additionally, you'll organise company assets in good condition, organise reported damages, book and attend meetings, take minutes and attend training sessions as an when required.
Key Criteria:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
2. IT Literate – Excel and all Microsoft functions
3. Attention to detail and can complete a task in a timely manner
4. Previous experience in an administrative role /compliance
5. Proactive, work on own initiative as well as part of a team
