Responsibilities
1. Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
3. Set up new computers, troubleshoot PCs, and perform basic system configurations.
4. Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
7. Assist with training and mentoring junior support staff.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience: Previous work in an MSP environment is essential.
2. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.
3. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
5. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documenting incidents and resolutions.
