We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a global document management company based in Kettering. This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and an hourly rate of £13.46 per hour (approx. £28k).
As Warehouse Administrator you will be supporting the warehouse management team, where you will be front of house answering the intercom to drivers arriving onsite, dealing with visitors/ contractors and stock inventory administration. Your main duties will be include:
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse operations team, which includes creating, maintaining and editing paperwork, documents, spreadsheets, and files
Client inventory administration and communication – sending daily reports and responding to customer queries via email
Primary contact on all reception duties, including phones, emails, intercom, and delivery vendors
Assist with updating facility calendar, updates and inform managers of activity
Guest control for visitors, suppliers & contractors ensuring they sign in and paperwork is completed
Office supply and equipment tracking, maintenance and ordering
Supporting onsite management team in the maintenance of H&S & compliance documentation/ auditable folders
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
Previous administration experience in a professional environment, within warehousing and logistics would be advantageous
Any knowledge of inventory or stock control administration is desirable although not essential
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrable attention to detail
Confident communicator both face to face, over the phone and in writing
Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business
Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel & Word.
