Job Description
A vacancy has arisen for a Peripatetic Customer Service Advisor to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the Council. The postholder will have an agreed base, with a requirement to provide cover at other local Service Points. This is a unique and varied role in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customer queries by telephone, face-to-face, and via the website. The role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge of various Council services.

Working hours are from 08:45 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
