Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as videos, brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Assist with the organisation of company attendance at Trade shows, exhibitions, corporate hospitality events etc. Assist with Pre-qualification and Tender submissions to support TES business development plans. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. What We're Looking For Relevant experience in a similar role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using various marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and social media management platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
