JOB TITLE: Aircraft Appearance Team Leader
LOCATION: Gatwick Airport
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 40 hours per week
RATE OF PAY: £13.60 per hour
Role and Overview
The purpose of the Team Leader is to ensure quality of cleaning standards are met within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will have experience of cleaning. The responsibility of the cleaning and/or ensuring service level agreements are met is the responsibility of team leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Proactive management of cleaning team onboard aircraft.
2. Ensure that the team maintains quality standards of cleaning.
3. Set an example and deliver legendary service.
4. Monitor the team to ensure all members are working to agreed standards.
5. Responsible for obtaining sign off sheets from each airline.
6. Complete final walkthrough of aircraft.
7. Ensure that the employees perform their jobs effectively.
8. Responsible for following daily plan of allocation set by supervisor.
9. Supporting the team to clean each Aircraft.
10. Great communication with the Supervisor and team.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate knowledge and use of the following essential skills:
1. Previous Team Leader experience.
2. Good inter-personal and communication skills.
3. Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks.
4. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
5. Approachable and courteous manner.
6. Must have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
