* Experience in multi-cuisines and hotel training or senior-level experience at 5-star properties
* Lead a brigade in highly polished and quality Michelin-led cuisine in a formal and prestigious setting
* Menu design and delivery, utilizing seasonal ingredients, local producers, and regional ingredients
* Recruitment of a stable team of 20 and close collaboration with owners and food and beverage management
* Oversee pursuit of further accolades and Michelin retention, raising the offering throughout the operation
