Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
* Manage and maintain customer databases ensuring all information is accurate and uptodate.
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports proposals and presentations.
* Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for sales personnel.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales performance.
* Perform general office duties including filing photocopying and ordering office supplies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred but all levels of experience will be considered.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must live near Farnham and have the right to work in the UK.
