Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Client Account Manager on a permanent basis to be based in West Cumbria (with occasional need to travel to Warrington/other sites) Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Nuclear Team, we are seeking a dynamic Client Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major UK nuclear accounts. In this high-profile role, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, acting as the primary contact and ensuring seamless coordination across our diverse teams to deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for developing, growing, and sustaining our business with these critical accounts, leveraging comprehensive local and global expertise to offer innovative and tailored solutions. Here's what you'll do : Act as the primary contact and leader for relationships with one or more major UK nuclear accounts. Drive the development, growth, and sustainability of business within the assigned accounts, fostering long-term client partnerships. Coordinate and oversee interactions with the client, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality services across all engagements. Deliver impactful results while guiding and empowering others to achieve success. Effectively manage risks and navigate challenges, providing strong leadership through periods of change and ambiguity. Champion and advance vision, purpose, and strategic goals in every client interaction and project initiative. Be responsible for meeting key business plan objectives for their client portfolio. Monitor client projects to ensure high quality delivery, technical excellence and consistent client service experience. Demonstrate ability to set goals and strategies for the account to align with the client's needs. Identify evolving resourcing needs for client portfolio and escalates within nuclear practice Establish self as a strategic, collaborative leader across my client and with the client. Known by our clients as a primary contact for my client and for opportunities across specific market sectors. Have a strong nuclear market and technical knowledge, which is relevant to their client responsibilities. Builds a strong network within their Region or Global business line. Understands and responds to business trends in their area of expertise. Drive growth in pipeline of potential projects and repeat work Have a deep understanding of client priorities and is client-focused, connects nuclear team to their vision, ensuring they provide the best experience every time. Here's what we're looking for: Experience: Strong knowledge of NDA estate Client-Focused Leadership: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Strategic Thinking: Proven capability to develop and implement strategies aligned with client priorities and organisational goals. Project Oversight: Skilled in monitoring and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, with an emphasis on technical excellence and quality. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, analysing, and mitigating risks in complex projects or organizational contexts. Market Insight: In-depth understanding of nuclear industry trends and the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing market needs. Technical Expertise: Solid grounding in nuclear engineering or energy-related technical knowledge, enabling informed decision-making and value-driven solutions. Networking: Adept at building professional networks within AECOM and the broader nuclear industry to drive collaboration and growth opportunities. You will also be self-motivated with an ability to work both autonomously where required, with a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment.
