Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Paid Media Account Executive to support across all aspects of paid media activity, including print, digital, and social media. This role will be responsible for collaborating with client teams and our in-house creative team to create advertising assets, monitoring and optimising paid campaigns, and providing comprehensive post-campaign reports. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Partnerships and work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of all paid media across our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with Client and Creative Teams: Work closely with client teams to understand advertising goals and objectives for print, digital, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop and submit ad creatives (images, copy, videos) for both digital and print media, ensuring they meet publisher specifications and client expectations. Coordinate submission of advertising materials to appropriate publishers and media outlets, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are set up correctly. Monitoring and Optimizing Paid Campaigns: Monitor all paid media campaigns (across print, digital, and social media platforms) to ensure deliverables are met and performance is maximized. Work with publishers, social media platforms, and content generators to optimise campaign performance and achieve the best possible ROI. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign delivery, performance, or asset submission, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed. Post-Campaign Reporting: Complete detailed post-campaign reports across all paid media activity, analysing campaign performance and identifying insights and learnings. Prepare reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, results, and recommendations for future improvements. Provide strategic recommendations to the Head of Commercial Partnerships on campaign adjustments and enhancements for future activity. Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between clients, creative teams, and media partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and objectives are met. Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any optimizations made throughout the campaign lifecycle. Ensure all communications and reports are delivered in a timely and professional manner. Key Skills: Managing and executing paid media campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, print media, etc.). An enthusiasm for and understanding of digital advertising platforms, social media marketing, and media buying. Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality advertising assets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Strong analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance across multiple channels. Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. A passion for the sport of golf, the golf industry or sports marketing is a plus. Desirable Attributes: A keen interest in golf A relevant undergraduate degree Experience in media, specifically print advertising or traditional media buying is advantageous. Familiarity with marketing automation and content management systems. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced agency environment. A keen interest in staying up to date with trends in paid media, digital advertising, and marketing technologies. A good sense of humour. Team-oriented.
