Project Support Officer – Project Risk & RAID
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our customers in there PMO to assist with a variety of large and complex Program's and Projects. This role is primarily focussed on Communication and RAID Management. Although a more administrative role, this position will have various complex expectations.
* Responsible for creating detailed well presented, highly visible weekly communication packs.
* Working with functional owners to provide updates, consolidate feedback to ensure key points are highlighted and ensuring there is evidence and consistencies in the feedback.
* Creating relationships with business leads to ensure timely and accurate information is received and when required, following up to ensure commentary is clear in terms of actions required.
* Prepare governance packs for senior leaders which will consolidate information from update packs, projects plans and key RAID items.
* Accountability for the management of RAID items.
* Working to a defined framework, this individual will be expected to maintain and manage RAID logs to track actions are being progressed.
* Where no progress is being made, working with the Program Director to escalate/ create actions to resolve.
* High attention to detail is required and strong interpersonal skills are required.
* Some travel the US is anticipated – please only apply if you’re happy to travel.
