Job Description
We are looking for candidates with phone-based customer service to join our client based in Uxbridge. If you have experience liaising with customers, clients or supplies via the phone and providing first class customer service then this is a great opportunity for you. We are looking for reliable and professional candidates to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.
Salary: £25-28k (DOE)

Customer Service Advisor - The Role
4. Resolve customer issues using ticketing system
5. Answering customer calls
6. Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
7. Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email.
8. Processing customer orders.
9. Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers
10. Resolve any customer issues and ensure case is dealt with from start to finish
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate
11. 3+ year experience in an office environment
12. You must have good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
13. You must have phone based customer service experience
14. Able to learn and understand technical jargon
15. We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
16. You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
17. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates from retail or hospitality unless you have office based customer service experience too.
