We are recruiting for a number of Apprentice CNC Setters/Operators for our busy Precision Manufacturing Division in Aviemore, our state-of-the-art centre of excellence for the manufacture of precision machined components. About the position: In partnership with Moray College UHI, we offer a 4 year Modern Apprenticeship Programme. You will spend your first year working full-time at our Aviemore site, gaining exposure in a modern and innovative engineering setting and will go on to complete a structured programme on a day-release basis, attaining a Modern Apprenticeship in ‘Manufacturing Operations’. Working in a supported learning environment, you will develop the skills and knowledge which will assist you in attaining your formal qualification and progressing in your career. This will include a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring, coaching and attending college. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in Engineering to kickstart their career. We’re interested in hearing from dedicated individuals who are willing to apply themselves & fully engage with the fantastic training opportunities on offer. No prior experience is necessary. Candidates should ideally be recent school leavers, holding or be working toward qualifications at National 4 level (or equivalent) in English, Maths and a Science or Technical subject.
